2018 Zombie Walk & Mash Team Registration

Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. / The Arbor House

Registration is $20.00 per team with up to 6 members per team.
Corporate/Business Registration is $30.00 per team, up to 6 members per team.

Dress Like your favorite character from any zombie or horror tv/movie to qualify for prizes!
Best individual costume will win a large screen tv!! (Individual win does NOT disqualify a team win.)
Park at Fort Ontario,4:30 PM gathering in the parking lot at Fort Ontario on E. 4th St. Walk at 5:00 pm From E 4th at the Fort and following the path
below to American Legion Arrive at the MASH at 6:00 pm Prizes for Best Individual Costume, Best Team Theme Costumes and Best (safe!) Prop
awarded at the Mash. Raffles, pizza, dancing, photo booth & monster dancing! Bus Ride back to the parking lot at 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM, only.
Have fun AND help those in recovery.
 
Paper Registration forms can be dropped off with check or cash at OCO main office in Fulton
or iHeartOswego in the Canal Commons, Oswego.
 
Immediately following, Join us (in costume) for the Walking Dead Premier at The Heist Premier Music Event Center in Fulton, NY
